Listing properties on “Hi Sandy” is absolutely free.
To list your property on “Hi Sandy” you would need to provide the following documents:
• Property owner’s passport
• Title deed
• A copy of your visa
• POA passport (If applicable)
• EID (if available)
The best way to attract more buyers or tenants to your property listing is to provide accurate information about your property and offer reasonable sale/rental prices.
From “My Listing page” property modification and removal can be carried out.
Customer confidentiality is one of our key strengths, so Yes, all the documents and details you provide to us will be kept confidential and will only be used in transactions involving you.
FAQ for Tenant/Buyer Page

Upon login in you will have to input your mobile number, then a verification code from us would be sent to you via SMS, you are then to punch in this code to log in.
“Hi Sandy” charges a basic fee of 500AED for every property rented directly from the seller.
“Hi Sandy” charges a basic fee of 2000AED for every property bought directly from the landlord.
If you encounter any abnormalities or problems with any property listed on “Hi Sandy”, kindly click on the Report button and provide your feedback. Our customer service team will attend to it and fix the problem accordingly.
You can use the “Viewing Today” function to compare the listed properties. Each comparison can only support two housing resources at a time.
Once you receive a confirmation on your viewing appointment, a staff of “Hi Sandy” will contact you prior to the appointment and will wait for your arrival at the location of the property at a mutually agreed time and date.
As a tenant/buyer you would need to provide the following:
- Your EID,(buyers and tenants)
- The required amount for the rent and security deposit (tenant only)
- Passport (buyers only)
- 10% down payment check (buyers only)
After all agreements have been made on pricing and contract terms, you will be redirected to the payment page. Currently, we only support payment methods via VISA, and Master credit card.
